EV chargers for Caboolture South, planned around your home

A standard power point adds only about 10km of range an hour. A dedicated 7kW wall charger is around four times faster, and a solar-aware charger can soak up your surplus solar during the day instead of exporting it for a few cents.

We check your switchboard and main supply, recommend single or three phase charging, and install the charger neatly where your car actually parks. In Caboolture South we can also pair the charger with new solar or a battery so it all works together.

North Brisbane and Moreton Bay run from Albany Creek and Strathpine through North Lakes and Narangba to Caboolture and Bribie Island, taking in the Redcliffe Peninsula and acreage around Samford and Dayboro. From Caboolture South to nearby Morayfield and Bellmere, we quote every job in person so the price you sign is the price you pay.

  • Newer homes in Caboolture South usually have clean, unshaded roofs and modern switchboards, which keeps installs quick. Estate covenants rarely restrict solar, but we check before we quote.

Getting to know Caboolture South

The name simply marks the land south of the original Caboolture township, itself drawn from a Yugarabul term for place of the carpet snake. Education has deep roots: Caboolture State School opened in 1873, was renamed Caboolture South State School in 1890 and then Morayfield State School in 1908. The Caboolture Special School opened in January 1980.

The river frames much of this small suburb, so homes on lower ground should plan where the inverter and battery go with flood levels in mind, while drier blocks can focus on getting the best roof orientation.

Can I charge my EV from solar?

Yes. A solar-aware charger adjusts its charging speed to match your surplus solar, so you use your own power instead of exporting it. It works best if the car is home during the day.
