About Waraba
The locality itself is just 2.3 square kilometres, about 8.5 km west of Caboolture, but the development area named after it is huge. Plans allow for around 30,000 homes and 70,000 residents, at least a quarter of them affordable or social housing, plus mixed use centres and about 17,000 jobs.
