Common signs are an inverter showing a red light or error code, a blank screen during the day, a power bill that jumps without a change in usage, or monitoring that shows zero output on a sunny day.
Do you fix systems you did not install?
Yes. A lot of our repair work in South East Queensland is on systems from companies that have since closed. We work on all mainstream brands.
Should I repair or replace my inverter?
If the inverter is under warranty, we will help you claim it. If it is over 10 years old and out of warranty, replacing it is usually better value than repairing, and it is a good moment to consider a battery-ready hybrid.
How often should solar panels be checked?
Every two to three years is a good rule, or sooner near the coast where salt air is harder on fixings and isolators.
