EV charger installation in Heritage Park
A 7kW home charger adds around 40km of range an hour, and with solar it can cost close to nothing.
Why Heritage Park homes choose RS Energy for ev chargers
A standard power point adds only about 10km of range an hour. A dedicated 7kW wall charger is around four times faster, and a solar-aware charger can soak up your surplus solar during the day instead of exporting it for a few cents.
We check your switchboard and main supply, recommend single or three phase charging, and install the charger neatly where your car actually parks. In Heritage Park we can also pair the charger with new solar or a battery so it all works together.
Logan blends established suburbs such as Springwood, Shailer Park and Browns Plains with new communities at Yarrabilba, Park Ridge and Logan Reserve, plus acreage through Jimboomba, Greenbank and Munruben. Our ev chargers work in Heritage Park also covers neighbouring Regents Park, Browns Plains and Park Ridge, all within about 2km.
- Newer homes in Heritage Park usually have clean, unshaded roofs and modern switchboards, which keeps installs quick. Estate covenants rarely restrict solar, but we check before we quote.

Heritage Park: a local snapshot
Joseph Shirley and William George were the first settlers here, on ground that is now the landfill, back when the area belonged to Browns Plains. Suburban housing started going in from 1985. The developer suggested the name Heritage Park, and it was formally adopted in 1991. The Browns Plains Presbyterian Church followed in 1995 on a ten acre site on Waller Road.
Homes built from 1985 onward are now old enough that original inverters or early small systems may be due for replacement, a good moment to look at adding storage.

Call 0449 942 735How much does it cost to install an EV charger?
A 7kW charger is typically $1,000 to $2,300 installed. If your switchboard needs an upgrade, allow another $800 to $2,200. We give a fixed price after a quick check.
Can I charge my EV from solar?
Yes. A solar-aware charger adjusts its charging speed to match your surplus solar, so you use your own power instead of exporting it. It works best if the car is home during the day.
