EV charger installation in Highland Park
A 7kW home charger adds around 40km of range an hour, and with solar it can cost close to nothing.
EV chargers for Highland Park, planned around your home
A standard power point adds only about 10km of range an hour. A dedicated 7kW wall charger is around four times faster, and a solar-aware charger can soak up your surplus solar during the day instead of exporting it for a few cents.
We check your switchboard and main supply, recommend single or three phase charging, and install the charger neatly where your car actually parks. In Highland Park we can also pair the charger with new solar or a battery so it all works together.

Getting to know Highland Park
The local primary school was named for William Duncan, an early settler who worked as a timber-getter in the district. Before that choice was made, the name Boorajing, an Aboriginal word meaning windy place, had been put forward. William Duncan State School took its first students on 27 January 1987 and was formally opened later that year, on 31 October 1987.
In a compact residential suburb like Highland Park, family homes often use little power while everyone is at school or work and much more at night, which is where a battery can earn its keep.

Call 0449 942 735How much does it cost to install an EV charger?
A 7kW charger is typically $1,000 to $2,300 installed. If your switchboard needs an upgrade, allow another $800 to $2,200. We give a fixed price after a quick check.
Can I charge my EV from solar?
Yes. A solar-aware charger adjusts its charging speed to match your surplus solar, so you use your own power instead of exporting it. It works best if the car is home during the day.
