EV charger installation in Woodridge
A 7kW home charger adds around 40km of range an hour, and with solar it can cost close to nothing.
EV Charger Installation Woodridge: local, honest, done right
A standard power point adds only about 10km of range an hour. A dedicated 7kW wall charger is around four times faster, and a solar-aware charger can soak up your surplus solar during the day instead of exporting it for a few cents.
We check your switchboard and main supply, recommend single or three phase charging, and install the charger neatly where your car actually parks. In Woodridge we can also pair the charger with new solar or a battery so it all works together.
Logan blends established suburbs such as Springwood, Shailer Park and Browns Plains with new communities at Yarrabilba, Park Ridge and Logan Reserve, plus acreage through Jimboomba, Greenbank and Munruben. We look after Woodridge and the surrounding suburbs of Logan Central, Karawatha and Kingston, so a free on-site measure in 4114 is easy to book.

About Woodridge
After the South Coast railway went through, the area was surveyed in 1888 as Booran, from a Yugarabul word for wind, and 30 building blocks went to auction in 1889. Timber getter Dugald Graham won approval for a siding in 1913, and the spot became Graham's Siding. When the railways built a platform in 1917 they chose Woodridge, an informal name for Octavius Stubbs's property. A wave of new schools opened between 1969 and 1975.
Blocks here are fairly compact, so roof space rather than yard space sets the system size, and households with big evening loads should weigh a battery against simply adding more panels.

Can I charge my EV from solar?
Yes. A solar-aware charger adjusts its charging speed to match your surplus solar, so you use your own power instead of exporting it. It works best if the car is home during the day.
