About Chandler
Semi rural and largely bushland, Chandler is made up of acreage homes with Tingalpa Creek on the east and Tingalpa Reservoir to the south. The big drawcard is the Sleeman Sports Complex, home to the Brisbane Aquatic Centre, Chandler Arena and the Anna Meares Velodrome. Is there a rebate for commercial solar?
Yes. From 1 October 2026 the federal small-scale rebate (STCs) applies to systems up to 1MW, up from the old 100kW limit, with a fixed five-year deeming period. Larger systems can still use the large-scale scheme instead. We include the rebate in your quote.
