Solar Panels Beachmere: local, honest, done right
Solar is a 25-year decision, so the panels, inverter and installation quality matter far more than shaving a few hundred dollars off the quote. RS Energy is a family-run solar company and we design every Beachmere system around your roof, your shading and your bills.
A typical 6.6kW system in Beachmere makes about 27.7kWh a day on average across the year, while a 10kW system makes about 42kWh. Beachmere is on the Energex network. Most homes can export up to 5kW per phase on a standard connection, and newer dynamic connections allow more. We size your inverter to get the most from those limits and lodge the Energex application for you.
North Brisbane and Moreton Bay run from Albany Creek and Strathpine through North Lakes and Narangba to Caboolture and Bribie Island, taking in the Redcliffe Peninsula and acreage around Samford and Dayboro. We look after Beachmere and the surrounding suburbs of Burpengary East, Deception Bay and Ningi, so a free on-site measure in 4510 is easy to book.
- Being close to the water, Beachmere gets salt-laden sea breezes. We use corrosion-resistant racking, stainless fixings and panels and inverters rated for coastal sites, and we design to the local wind loading.

About Beachmere
Thomas Edwin Bonney is the first European known to have lived here, settling in 1870. He called his home Beachmere, most likely joining beach with mere, an old English word for marshy ground, and the name spread to the whole area. Later milestones include Beachmere State School in 1986 and Birali Steiner School in 2013.
Deception Bay laps the eastern side and the Caboolture River marks the south west, so water is never far away. The land is flat and low, mostly under 5 metres above sea level, with wetlands and grazing country around the edges. Homes cluster in the town centre, with bigger rural residential blocks further out. Anglers use the two boat ramps on Saint Smith Road, and the bowls club is a local hub.

Solar panels in Beachmere: questions
Still unsure? Talk to us directly. You will speak with the people who do the work.
Call 0449 942 735How much does solar cost in Beachmere?
Most Beachmere homes pay between $4,800 and $7,000 for a quality 6.6kW system and $7,400 to $11,000 for 10kW, after the federal rebate. We give you a fixed price after a free on-site measure, so there are no surprises on install day.
What size solar system do I need in Beachmere?
Look at your bill. Most families using 20 to 30kWh a day suit 6.6kW to 10kW. If you run pool pumps, ducted air or an EV, or plan to add a battery, 10kW to 13kW usually makes more sense. Energex export limits also shape the right inverter size.
Is solar still worth it with low feed-in tariffs?
Yes, if the system is sized for self-use. Every kWh you use from your panels saves you the full retail rate, which is far more than the few cents you get for exporting. Running dishwashers, pool pumps and hot water in the middle of the day makes a big difference, and a battery stretches it into the evening.
How long does installation take?
Most homes are done in a single day. We book the install once your network approval comes back, then arrange the meter change with your retailer.
Do you install solar on tile, tin and Klip-Lok roofs in Beachmere?
Yes. We install on concrete and terracotta tiles, corrugated iron, Colorbond and Klip-Lok, with tilt frames where a flat roof needs them. Near the coast we use stainless fixings and corrosion-resistant racking.
Do you service Beachmere 4510 and nearby suburbs?
Yes. Beachmere is part of our North Brisbane & Moreton Bay service area in the City of Moreton Bay area, and we regularly work in Burpengary East, Deception Bay, Ningi, Rothwell. Call 0449 942 735 or request a quote online and we will reply within 24 hours.
