Solar panels in Pacific Pines, installed properly
Tier 1 panels, proven inverters and a clean install from a team that answers the phone after the job is done.
Solar panels for Pacific Pines, planned around your home
Whether it is your first system or you are replacing an old one, we size solar for Pacific Pines homes around real usage, not the biggest number we can fit on the roof.
A typical 6.6kW system in Pacific Pines makes about 28.4kWh a day on average across the year, while a 10kW system makes about 43kWh. Pacific Pines is on the Energex network. Most homes can export up to 5kW per phase on a standard connection, and newer dynamic connections allow more. We size your inverter to get the most from those limits and lodge the Energex application for you.
The northern Gold Coast is one of the fastest growing parts of Queensland, from the canals of Runaway Bay and Hope Island to new estates in Coomera, Pimpama and Ormeau and semi-rural blocks around Wongawallan. From Pacific Pines to nearby Gaven and Helensvale, we quote every job in person so the price you sign is the price you pay.
- Newer homes in Pacific Pines usually have clean, unshaded roofs and modern switchboards, which keeps installs quick. Estate covenants rarely restrict solar, but we check before we quote.

Getting to know Pacific Pines
Pacific Pines is a planned suburb from the ground up. In 1990 Stockland bought about 800 hectares and drew up a layout for 5,800 house lots, with the name put forward by the developer. It was first gazetted as part of Gaven on 9 September 1994 and became its own suburb on 7 February 2003. Schools arrived steadily, starting with the state high school in 2000.
Family life shapes this 9.2 km² suburb between the Pacific Motorway and the edge of Nerang State Forest. Four schools sit within it: Pacific Pines State High, Jubilee Catholic primary, Pacific Pines State School and Park Lake State School. There is a community hall, cricket fields and courts for netball, AFL and tennis, and the Pacific Pines Panthers basketball club started in 2013.

Still unsure? Talk to us directly. You will speak with the people who do the work.
Call 0449 942 735How much does solar cost in Pacific Pines?
Most Pacific Pines homes pay between $4,800 and $7,000 for a quality 6.6kW system and $7,400 to $11,000 for 10kW, after the federal rebate. We give you a fixed price after a free on-site measure, so there are no surprises on install day.
What size solar system do I need in Pacific Pines?
Look at your bill. Most families using 20 to 30kWh a day suit 6.6kW to 10kW. If you run pool pumps, ducted air or an EV, or plan to add a battery, 10kW to 13kW usually makes more sense. Energex export limits also shape the right inverter size.
Is solar still worth it with low feed-in tariffs?
Yes, if the system is sized for self-use. Every kWh you use from your panels saves you the full retail rate, which is far more than the few cents you get for exporting. Running dishwashers, pool pumps and hot water in the middle of the day makes a big difference, and a battery stretches it into the evening.
How long does installation take?
Most homes are done in a single day. We book the install once your network approval comes back, then arrange the meter change with your retailer.
Do you install solar on tile, tin and Klip-Lok roofs in Pacific Pines?
Yes. We install on concrete and terracotta tiles, corrugated iron, Colorbond and Klip-Lok, with tilt frames where a flat roof needs them.
Do you service Pacific Pines 4211 and nearby suburbs?
Yes. Pacific Pines is part of our Northern Gold Coast service area in the City of Gold Coast area, and we regularly work in Gaven, Helensvale, Arundel, Parkwood. Call 0449 942 735 or request a quote online and we will reply within 24 hours.
